Take on Me - a-ha
The biggest thing to hit Norway since… well, I don’t know anything about Norway, so let’s just say the biggest thing to ever hit Norway, a-ha owned the world in 1985 because of this video that used rotoscoping to mix animation with live action. A perfect example of using video production and a decent song to produce something bigger than either.
